Steps

  • cook unripe sour green mangoes

  • use 1:2 ratio for pulp and candy sugar/jaggery

  • add mint or coriander leaves while blending in mixer to give a different flavor

  • add water as required

  • add pinch of black salt, pink salt, cumin powder
