Steps

Place watermelon, olives, ginger and mint leaves in a bowl. Add lemon juice and salt and toss well. Crumple feta cheese and toss walnuts and serve.

  • 2 cup watermelon chunks

  • 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves

  • 1/2 tsp chopped ginger

  • 2 tsp chopped black olives

  • 1/4 cup walnuts pieces

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese

  • 2 tsp lemon Juice

  • Salt to taste
