Steps
Grind ginger, chilly, coriander in a mixer.
Add whisked curd to it and mix well.
You can temper it by heating few curry leaves, mustard seeds in a little oil and pouring it on the buttermilk
Ingredients
1/2 cups fresh curd
3-4 cups water
1/2 tsp julienned ginger
1/2 tsp green chilly
few coriander leaves
1/2 cucumber
salt to taste
