Cucumber Buttermilk

Steps

  • Grind ginger, chilly, coriander in a mixer. 

  • Add whisked curd to it and mix well. 

  • You can temper it by heating few curry leaves, mustard seeds in a little oil and pouring it on the buttermilk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups fresh curd

  • 3-4 cups water

  • 1/2 tsp julienned ginger

  • 1/2 tsp green chilly

  • few coriander leaves

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • salt to taste
