Deepali is a highly devoted yoga teacher. She is a gem. I started yoga several months ago with another teacher and I hurted my neck during one yoga position. After that, I was really hesitant to try another teacher that too by online. But my breathing issues ( was going through a lot of stress at work), stiff muscles and aching back and neck did not let me sitting without doing anything about it. That's when I found Swasthya. The first two- three days were very difficult as my body especially back and legs were very stiff and it hurted like hell. However, Deepali didn't push me to continue those poses, but she was very accomodative by adapting the yoga poses. She helped me to do continue with the poses which I can manage and by slowly increasing the challenges. I feel really well once I started the yoga sessions with her. My back pain and neck pain are greatly improved. I am more flexible, more than anything I feel more calm and my breathing came back to normal.

I am somebody whose never stuck to any physical activity for more than 7 days, its been a month now since I have started yoga as a beginner under Deepali ma'am's guidance. The instructor gives one-on-one time to all the students and takes into consideration their level of comfort and teaches alternative poses in case one is a beginner.

Firstly I thought it is very easy to do yoga but when I started the yoga class, I realised it's not an easy thing.
